I've seen this framework applied in other fields. This is a great tool to facilitate an action plan.

hello, thanks for this diagram. i am doing research on ST as applied to risk management and came across your interesting diagram. i wish to request 2 things:
1. use your diagram in my discussion board for my students to discuss; and
2. do you have a discussion or article of this diagram that i can refer to?
i would appreciate very much if you can allow usage of this together with your article or paper.
thank you very much!

I question your source. I don't know who actually invented it, but it appears in the book "Getting It Done" by Roger Fisher and Alan Sharp (c) 1998.
