This Handbook is part of the Agency for Co-operation and Research in Development’s (ACORD) effort to strengthen its capacity and that of its partners in mainstreaming HIV & AIDS in development programmes. It is designed for use mainly, but not exclusively, by development programmes and is aimed at trainers in development work who facilitate other organisations to effectively respond to HIV & AIDS using the mainstreaming approach.
